Failure to process my order

Flycool are so useless that they can't even process a simple fibre installation order. Their customer service is terrible. My question is if they are unable to process a simple, how will they be able to keep their infrastructure working. They either delay to respond to my queries or never respond at. Where does this useless company come from.
