Extremely poor service!

What a horrible experience this morning with Nqobile. This person clearly was unprofessional and could not assist me at all. Money was deducted from my account today and for the umpteenth time ive requested that they deduct it on 16th of each month. Extremely poor communication from this company and really upsetting. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Disappointed again!
