Extremely poor service

Worst service I have every encountered in my life, first of all this whatsapp ai chatbox does not work, that thing is only programmed to answer a few question and if you are lucky it will refer you to an Agent who will contact you after 10 hours.

I recently moved into a new place and I asked them to cancel my debit order for the previous place, I received confirmation that the debit order was successfully cancelled however the debit order still was processed and when I brought it up to their attention I was told the cannot refund me as the person who stays in the house has already used some of the data, I don't know how that became my fault but I moved on.

I requested a new router for the new place and it was installed and was provided with the link to pay and everything was going well until I had to top up for the next month. I went to whatsapp ai chatbox (Zoe) and requested for the link to make make the payment, I provide the correct address however no data was loaded, queried this the next day and the person who was assisting me allocated my payment to the old address and again I was told there is nothing they can do as the data has already been utilized.

I am now trying to cancel nakhona it feels like I am doing hyrox. If it was possible I would give a -3 stars.
