Extremely Poor Customer Service

Honestly, they don't even deserve this 1 star I gave, as they have poor service, no customer service at all. What kind of a portal doesn't have a customer login page where we, as customers, cannot log in to change our own password, so they want to change it themselves? Right now, I've been waiting for a consultant online for over 30 minutes, there's no landline number to call, WhatsApp is never rep****, and nothing is working, so how do we actually contact them?
