Empty promises from flycool

To the support team of flycool, why are you guys making empty statements, I wrote my review about you guys here on hello Peter, I got a respond from you guys this past Monday in regards to my refund.

You guys rep**** to my review telling me I will get an email from payfast, I am still waiting for that email.

You guys are really building a bad reputation. Worse experience I ever had from a supposedly "good" company.
