Disgusting Service from Fly.Cool

I am beyond disgusted with Fly.Cool services. My router has been flashing a red light since this morning, 2 queries were submitted to their support line on WhatsApp and there hasn’t been any response. Till now, no one has responded to any of the messages sent. I was given a telephone number to dial by one of the sales reps however that number doesn’t work, it’s always busy. Now I want to cancel the subscription and find a better service provider, regardless of how much fiber will cost me, as long as there will be someone available during normal operating hours to assist me. I regret my decision to sign up with Vumatel and Fly.Cool. Very pathetic and disgusting service 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
