Disgusting company with horrible service

Can you not damn read ? Are you able to read ? Did you not see me say I've sent an email everyday since last week and no response?a total of more than 10 emails have been sent , I've written on hello Peter last week and I was told it is escalated to the finance team to send it , a week later it is still not sent, did you not read that part or were too quick to reply ? This is nonsense!!!!

That is not a tax invoice, that is not an invoice with the company name , Invoice number, tax number ,my Name, my address etc , that only has the amount I paid and that's it , if it was that easy the person who rep**** last week would have mentioned it , clearly you do not know what an invoice is, an invoice is the letter that you get from a service provider, not a slip, now I need to lecture you what a tax invoice is and what it entails ?if that was the invoice I wanted don't you think I would have done that last week already since I have access to the self help portal, I even logged a service request for the help desk and I still have not received feedback or anything, I repeat, that is not an invoice, it's a slip without even flycool company logo ,address or, tax number etc ,you dont know what a tax invoice is ?

No ,that is not true, I've downloaded and printed it , it is a slip , not a tax invoice, I've received a tax invoice from flycool before that is not a tax invoice, im not stupid,that is not a tax invoice, instead of sending the dam invoice you telling me to take the slip , since 2023 I've been asking for an invoice every month and I get sent one , I know what I am talking about, From May I have not received the May Invoice since asking for it on the 26th ,9 days later I am still asking for the damn TAX invoice and YOU Are trying to convince me to take something that is not what I want , SEND THE DAMN INVOICE HOW HARD IS THAT ????????????????????HOW HARD S SENDING A TAX INVOICE?????????EVEN MONTH I MUST FIGHT UNTIL I GET ONE ,9 DAYS ? 9 DAYS TO SEND A TAX INVOICE?????????
