Disgusted all round
Most disgusting customer service, whatsapp platform more than a hour to respond, no contact number to speak to an actual person. Double debitted my account and now Im chasing to get help. Apalled by the services and poor customer care. Requested a manager to call and thats never happened

The manager did try to call you but to no avail, kindly respond to the email he sent to you as there is information that is required in order to investigate and if refund is necessary, it will be done.

01 Aug 2023, 17:02Strange how u say you cannot see the debit bit if i send proof you will refund. How can you not see that you took monies out twice. I emailed the proof. I want my money and my bank charges, being double debitted is not something i looked forward to my monies are allocated for my house and children
