Disappointed in fly. Cools service

We have been experiencing wifi problems for the past 3 months now and we contacted them on WhatsApp and the agent said a technician will come between 24 and 48 hours and it's been 3 months and nobody came. The wifi is fast but what's the use if half the day we can't use it. It keeps on going off and coming back on. They should have alternate ways of contacting them. You only get a response after 3 to 4 hours on WhatsApp. This is ridiculous never had this problem when I was on rain
