Delayed installation with no accurate answers from Agents

I've already paid for my service then I was told that the system captured the address incorrectly then I provided them with the correct address however they found out that Nokuthula Dube stole my house number and I've provided them with all the documentations needed to prove I live there and I was advised they resolving issue today I checking up on the progress of the issue to my surprise they are requesting the same documentations I've provided them with I strongly feel that they are taking me back and forth. Which I find it unprofessional and appalling.
