Debiting money but there's no connection

For the past 4 months I haven't had internet connection and I have reported that. Yes they told me that due to safety being compromised in my area they cannot send out technician. But what is strange is every month without a fail Flycool is debiting money on my bank. I am tired of chatting to a robot on whatsapp. This is nonsense I WANT MY MONEY BACK 😡😡
