Customer service is none existent
I have been offline since October last year. I tried contacting Fly.cool via their whatsapp number and email address but nothing. Eventually I decided to switch to another ISP, but in order to do so, I have to cancel my service with Fly. Cool but how do I do that when I can't get hold of them.
May you please give me a valid number where I can speak to someone who can assist me in canceling my service with you because the customer service in this company is none existent.
