Consistent bad service - no response
Once again I turn to this forum about Fly.Cool. Router needs to me moved - three tickets raised already no response. No answer on Watsap

27 Jun 2025, 08:30Until today there has been zero response form you. All you say is it’s escalated. I have raised three tickets - waited 6 hours no answer. Still the router is not moved to new premises. You blatantly lie. I will not be responsible for damage to the router and you will be responsible for fees I lost and work I could not complete because I have no internet. Truly pathetic. What is the purpose it your watsap if you no one answers or address the issue. For goodness sake. Solve

None of chatbots working and.not one human to speak to. They apparently “escalated” as promised on Hello Peter - but nothing happened. I cannot work, my dad passed away and aid far from him and cannot help with arrangements due to no internet - but they don’t care.
The only request was to move the router from one unite to another in the same complex.
