complaint

Problem I have current been doing follow ups with regards to debit order before it was due without a valid feedback from this company they sent me a link for payment which is not working for me as it is giving me error and i was calling them back and forth with no assistance and i told them i cant be in red with them as i am working from home I don't want disconnection and this morning i was disconnected, no one called e to assist i even requested other alternative way to pay sent email multiple times their WhatsApp number i am getting blue ticked which is not fair for me
