Changing of password

Changed my password, which was suppose to kick out all users. But people are still using my wifi nothing changed. And you cant get hold of them on their whatsapp number no and the cosultant who assisted me on their complaints told me to download who ***** my wifi and block people there, another deadline. Poor customer service really, Im defjntely changing users
