Beware of ****s

I want to share my experience with this company Fly Cool internet. When I contacted an agent from this company for internet connection,Kayla,I explained to her that I had wifi connection but due to me making a late payment,I was disconnected with no notice,dis was with Vox prior to me calling Kayla,so I told her I wanted to connect to dem and I told her I needed the wifi urgently as I work from home. She told me to make payment an email her da proof of payment and told me within 2 to 3 days my wifi wil be sorted out. It's goin on the 4th week now and nothing has been done an no one came through to sort out nothing. I contacted her on numerous times on whatsapp and even phoned her,she said she's gonna pull out another ticket an the guys wil come sort it out but still I don't have no wifi. She has ****med me for my R300 . Please beware of such companies.
