Beware of dealing with fly.cool

Please be careful if you intend doing business with this company Fly.cool There is nothing cool about them. They will take your money in advance but will not deliver any service. You will contact them on the portals and they only respond if they even respond hours later with no help. They don't care. They only care about money .They will take yours and give you nothing. Paid for 50mb fibre deal on Friday afternoon. Contacted them via whatsapp at around 2pm. The agent philani respond at 6pm only 4hours later. I explained to him that had an opeserve fibre already installed and I just need the service to be activated. No installation was needed. Sent him pics of the devices as requested by him and he stated that it was in progress and would take 12 to 24 hours to be activated. On Monday when the trial period of openserve ended I was left with no internet. Tried contacting them with no response. The whole morning of Tuesday I tried on whatsapp , the website and email with no reply. Finally at around 3pm I got a email from Vanessa asking for my B service number which I provided for her. I then noticed that whole time I checked on my profile on their portal it showed nothing and only when I received the email from her did the subscription appear. So they took the money on Friday charged for the whole months service but only loaded the subscription on the next Tuesday. 5 days later. She stated that there was a issue with open serve that was reported . The next day the issue with open serve was sorted and I was told that I should have internet. Got home to nothing .Now I'm still stuck with nothing. They keep claiming that they have phoned me but there is no record or missed calls on my phone. No sms nothing. I asked afew times for a number to call them since they claim I am not answering their calls but they won't give me a number. Since then they have just ignored me no responses to whatsapp and email's. I still have no service but I paid for the whole month in advance.

Good Day  Imraan.  We understand how frustrating this has been for you and we sincerely apologise for the delays and lack of communication you’ve experienced. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.  We’d like to clarify that the delay in activating your fibre service was due to an unexpected technical issue with our upstream provider,  which unfortunately took longer than anticipated to resolve. We should have kept you better informed during this process, and we take full responsibility for not communicating in a timely and proactive manner.

To resolve this, our team is currently prioritising your case to ensure your connection is active as soon as possible ,  Again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we make this right.

Hi. I expreciate this response. Why did it have to take so much of my time and energy to get this from you. This could all have been avoided with better communication and service from your side. Please make an effort to improve on this. My internet connection has finally been established yesterday evening. My question to you now is when does my connection expire. I paid on the 1st of the month and the connection was only done yesterday . So do I have I internet until the1st September or until the 9th September. I only hope that I do not experience problems with the connection during the remainder of my term I definitely do not want to deal with any of your help portals again. Thanks
.

Hello Imraan.  Hello. I understand your frustration and I sincerely apologize for the time and energy you had to spend to get your internet connection established. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and I'm sorry we fell short. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. We'll be using your feedback to improve our communication and service processes so that others don't have to go through a similar situation.
Regarding your connection expiration date, your billing cycle will be adjusted to reflect the delay. Your service will now expire on 5th September meaning the your billing date will be on the 5th September 2025

I also understand your reluctance to use our help portals again. If you encounter any issues with your connection, please feel free to reply directly to this message. We'll be happy to help you from there.

Hi.
Hope you are well.
The prepaid fibre deal that I took out with you is ending on the 5th of this month.
I would like to make sure that there will be no problems from your side as I am going to get fibre from someone else. Please check and confirm that all is in order for me to move on. Thane

You told me in the previous reply that I should reply to this post to get a better response from you guys. I've rep**** on the 1st of September asking for help to move on to a new isp. Till now no response from you. So no change in your service. I'm back to begging for assistance.
