Bad Service

I'm extremely disappointed with Fly.cool. I paid for a wifi subscription a month ago and still don't have installation. Despite multiple emails and WhatsApp messages, they've kept saying they'll schedule it. No installation, no communication, no resolution 🙄.

Requesting full refund and cancellation of service. Unacceptable experience.
