Bad service 😡😡😡😡
I have lost money because of this business, I woke up with no internet and I reported it, called the customer service and even sent WhatsApps with no help. I regret ever using their services.

After taking a look at your account you have been with us for a while now which would suggest that you are aware that your service expires on the 30day after payment. Your service is on prepaid or cash which has a 30day cycle and it is due due for payment hence the reason for no connection.
