Bad service

I have been with this ISP for a few months now and I must say their service is absolutely disgusting. A line speed upgrade was done twice on my account by the same agent without my permission only because she gets commission. Her name in Nomonde Ndlovu and she is based in Rosebank. This agent has been dealing with my query for months but has not given me a satisfactory response all she said was “she doesn’t know where she gets the information to upgrade from” and that was it. I have requested to speak to a supervisor more than 10 times and it has never happened not even once. They take forever to respond on all communication channels include WhatsApp. If I could give them a minus I would. They just take your money and leave you without a connection for days. They are the most ridiculous service ever. I would not advise anyone to sign up with them. They are giving Vumatel a bad name.
