Bad service

I have been using their service for almost a year... my neighbor install his 3 days ago and I lost my connection. Since they outsource the installer not the same as my one..... The initial installer were local my local.....my neighbor installer doesn't even understand my language.....today marks the 3rd day with no connection no tv no nothing.... Ticket ref no.***5
