Bad service and products

I’ve had bad network issues since the 16th June. Have queried about it ever since I picked up the issues and all I get is a ticket number but no one comes out to get it fixed. Have been sending messages for the past 4 weeks to find out what is going on and no one has responded. Highly disappointed with the service and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy
