bad service and misleading customers

i wanted to install wifi at home vuma...i went to pick n pay a consultant named kamohelo helped me and checked for coverage for my address if is available and how much i should pay and then he said everything is fine pay 300 i paid a fly.cool voucher for 300 so they can come install wifi but till date i dont have wifi or my refund money...and still no way forward with my refund...first it was refunds are done Wednesday secondly it takes 30 days all that have passed and no refund money
