Bad Service

To sign up with Fly cool was very quick and fast, but when had internet issues and try the Whatsapp no will is really of no help as you chat to AI which then put you in a queue for a consultant which takes hours to respond sometimes doesn't. I even tried emailing but thats a dead end. I am trying to cancel my service. Customer service is very poor with no response.......unhappy customer.
