Bad Service 24/7

Im so disgusted at Fly.cool as an ISP .Their Zoe bot system is a joke ,there WhatsApp is a joke aswell as their email .They never reply .you have thousands of unhappy customers who need help and your response to their need for help isby staying silent and not helping. Why is your customer service null envoid ? This will probably be my last month with Fly.cool if they dont reply to my mails and messages on WhatsApp. THE OTHER ISP's sound and seems a much better option just on customer service alone. Since my time with Fly.cool I am still waiting on on a service agent to reply .which is the worst for a service provider.
