Bad service

I signed up with Flycool a week ago and they promised to send a technician to come and install the router within 72 hours. After that 72 hours the technician came to check if the router was working and I told him that it was not yet delivered or installed. They sent me usernames and passwords without bringing the router. I called one of their representatives and he referred me a company called Brint Links which does router installations for #Vuma. The company said they have never received any order from my address, ever since I tried contacting Flycool they’re ignoring my WhatsApp texts and emails. It’s been 10 days and still no luck with Flycool. If you also thinking of using them, think again if you ready for this hustle.
