Bad service

It's been 2months with internet access while I pay for those services Vumatel just don't care and Fly.cool just points fingures that they escalated the problem. Last time I enquired with them I was told Amaphara don't want them to come to Khayelitsha and we should give them time. If that was the case why deduct surely if they cared a plan should have been made and implemented by now but all the care about is chowing the lower class money as they are doing now. I have been patient I have been logging tickets but I just cry to deaf ears. I use my Fibre for work surely you can assume the struggle I'm facing at the moment I was on leave my kids could not watch TV because technology need access to internet I'm sure I have spent more than 1k on data myself alone let's not count my family because I'm sure I will have a stroke.... But Vuma Cape Town why can't you do like the bakery do why can't you do like other companies do that care about rendering the service people pay for go ask for police escourt of naleyo we as your customers must suggest it. I even asked for the technician number to pay for the repairs myself they deny me that sure there are people that work for your company that stay around us we can ask them to fix it I pay for their services and I continue with my work. The worst part is you deduct my account for a service that I'm not using I requested a refund until today nothing is happening so I suggest you fix the problem before you loose our support because having wifi was way better that this **** service we getting from you......

Good Day Nosisana

 Thank you for your feedback,

I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve had a less than stellar experience with our customer service team. We pride ourselves on providing the best possible service, and it sounds like we missed the mark this time around.

We regret to inform you that Vumatel's service updates have been temporarily halted due to recent incidents of violence in the local area, affecting our ability to carry out installations and maintenance.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are closely monitoring the situation. Our top priority is the safety of our team members and customers. We will keep you informed and resume services as soon as it is deemed safe to do so.
