Bad customer service
I need to reconnect my internet but Flycools after service really sucks...since I've joined them I never had any joy when it comes to customer service. They don't have a call centre and the email and whatsapp details which they provide also does not get responded to...most of our households and work depends on this service but Flycool just can't give a darn!!!!
