Bad, Badder and worst service ever !!!

Fly.cool has the worst service ever they dont even deserve 1 star.

I activated my subscription with them on the 20th January 2023. They were quick with delivery and installation. However, on the 4th of February my connect stopped and i haven't been connected since. I have family member working from home and this is affecting their day-to-day duties. I called ,WhatsApp and tried correspondence via Facebook and haven't gotten a response whatsoever. I even tried corresponding with the vumatel agent who assisted at the begging of the process and still nothing.Unless this issue is resolved promptly, then unfortunately, i am forced to move to another service provider. I expect a call/email from you guys by 5pm today at the latest, to inform me how you are going to resolve this issue.
