Awful Fly.Cool service provider, DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM AS

Payed for installation, installer called saying they got tge wrong address, I ddnt mind and gave them the correct only to be told that They cannot install in my are and They will bring an installer that works in my area. Still no installer and agent shows no interest in my queries and always says it's been escalated. No contact details to follow up. Service is very bad, either refund me or Bring reliable personnel to install.
