Avoid Fly.cool at all cost
Hi Everybody,
I just thought I will post this here, if you are ever considering using Fly.cool as a ISP please do not do it, take your time to read their reviews. They are a *****ulent company that debit people's money from their account and then suspend the service and refuse to refund people their money. When facing any issue you will struggle to get a hold of them. Their 24/7 chat bot service that they advertise it's a lie, you will message and receive no response, you will email and they will ghost you. They will still reply to your review on Hello Peter but not to your emails.Please people we work hard for our money to be ****med like this. Avoid this company at all cost. Find other reputable businesses to use. Rather use company's with contact centre's and complaints department. I hope this review helps someone make an informed decision.
