Appalling Service. No connection

I recently made a payment on my account, yet I still have no access to the service. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, I have received no resolution and no communication.

Fly.cool offers no direct contact number, and their only support option is via WhatsApp. However, even that is a complete failure — they never reply and, worse, they purposely close the chat before you can speak to an agent. I have been waiting for over 72 hours for a response, only for the chat to be closed repeatedly. Each time you start over, they close it again.

At this point, I’m not even sure if anyone is actually working there or if this company truly exists beyond collecting payments. It seems Fly.cool is only interested in taking money from clients while offering no service or support in return.

Their approach suggests they believe Wi-Fi is only for watching Netflix, when in reality, many of us rely on it to work from home. Because of Fly.cool’s poor service and total lack of support, we have been unable to work, putting our jobs at risk.
