After sales service is appalling!!!!! They don't give a damn about their customers

After sales service is appalling!!!!! They don't give a damn about their customers. I had to find the number for a technician myself because they kept escalating without a resolution. I had a debit order go off dololo connection. When I queried this, I was told even though they can see I didn't use the internet, Vuma doesn't do refunds. What a way to shift the blame. That was not what I was looking for. Just give me what I paid for. No more fiber connection thank you, I'll go back to Rain who never disappointed me.
