Activate my suspended account cause ive paid

Ive paid my internet via pay fast on the 15th of October. And till today no internet. When i check i gain it still shows suspended and last month payment not this month and ive received an email on the 15 that says successfully paid and it is also deducted from my account. Today in the morning i received an email from them with other link to follow so that in can activate my account. A link is not working . Im trying to call their number always busy and the whatsapp robot always says an agent will call nothing. Im buying data on my side to write my exams where else ive paid for my internet and not yet working. If you get hold of them can they please call me on my number *** its been two days paid but no internet im suffocating inside
