Absolutely useless ISP

Worst ISP ever. There is no communication channels except for their chat bot which is of no help anyways!! Been trying to cancel them for the last 3 months so I can utilise another service provider, however there is just NO RESPONSE. Been without Internet for the past week and still no response from them. GET OUT!!
