Flycool customer service after sales levels are more than putrit its diagusting or let me tell the truth absent. They dont reply on emails, whatsap or calls. Their live chat is just as absent. I would rarther recommend that people try another service provider. They reminding about when i joined them. They took my R389 and my neighbours all paid R200 and something and got my installation last and i paid before my neighnours. As i discovered this through our conversations about our internet installation experiences. They are quick to let you know they didnt get their money but slow to fix your problems.
