9 months of hell while paying 800 monthly. Worse service ever. Stay away.

I have complained more than 20 times since January about my network being capped. I am on 100mb upload and download which im paying R800 monthly. I only use 3 devices. I find difficulties streaming. Everytime i stream it will buffer. It is not the issue with devices or softwares because i even asked IT guy to check. I am tired of Flycool behaviour to throttle my network. Since they dont answer whatsapp and emails can i get assistance it termination of my service so i can try other ISP.
