3 payment taken at once

I was debited 3 times in June 2025 and still haven't received my refunds. The payments were 1200 but so much back and forth for my money back. I am still work them because they debit me monthly without fail and have the audacity to disconnect if I don't make payment. But refuse to read my enquiries or return my money.. I want my money back!!!!
