12 months and no help

It's been 1 year now and I'm waiting for a refund. Both you (fly.cool) and Vuma have confirmed that you cannot provide me with the service, 3 technicians came to my property and you confirmed that the account has been cancelled. I want my money back.

Negative reviews are done every week and I get the same generic responses that mean nothing and get nowhere.

I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING FOR 12 MONTHS NOW. PATHETIC SERVICE.
