1 year waiting for a refund

1 year ago you I paid you for installation which never took place and you debited me for the next month's despite no router being delivered or installation taking place. My last negative review was on 07/05/2025 which was 5 days ago and still no response on Hellopeter.

It's been 1 year and I'm getting nowhere. I just want my money back
