Shocking service

Really shocked and very disappointed . Flowers.co.za failed to deliver a snack gift pack as promised by Vanessa Stevens of flowers.co.za. Per email. No doubt they will blame the courier they use. Not acceptable .They must make sure this is delivered to the recipient. Quick enough to take the payment of R685 for purchase and delivery but not professional enough to ensure the gift is delivered. This was on Order No: 151387 . The flowers were delivered but not the other as promised
