Ruined Mothers day

I paid R355 for what look like a full bouquet of flowers of flowers on this web site. When the vase was delivered it only had four flowers in it. I only found out because my stepmother had phoned me and told me not to waste money on this site any more.<br> <br> When I mailed to complain i was asked for a photo. Not an unreasonable request I suppose but my stepmother is old and tech savvy enough to use a smartphone to take the pics and then mail to me. <br> <br> Netflorist has also sent a messed up order before but they fixed it without asking for a pic. All these delivery companies do have their problems but they need to also remember that we put our trust in them when we make these purchases for our loved ones on the internet. Very frustrating when things like this go south.
