Flowers.co.za are TERRIBLE & UNRELIABLE

Have been extremely dissapointed. Cannot Express how upset we are. My oldest Daughter ordered flowers for mothers day for our daughter / her sister fir mothers day ordered and paid on wednesday. Told will be delivered yesterday. Then email to say if not delivered will be today. NOTHING RECEIVED. Also ordered a pot plant for Granny same time. Paid - not received!!!!!. Granny is alone in a home during lockdown and our daughter was a passenger in a terrible car accident and is in long term recovery and her daughter was taken out the country by the father during this time so we all really wanted these special deliveries to be made. CANNOT SAY HOW UPSET WE ARE that our DEAR family members have not received their special deliveries. There is no way to follow up. They don't answer the phone numbers o the receipt, reply to mail at least 24 hours later I'd you lucky and you cant track the delivery at all. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THEM. THE WESITE IS ATTRACTIVE AND AOPEARA PROFESSIONAL, BUT SERVICE DOES NOT MATCH!!!!!!! WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Order references 158228 and 158231
