False advertising!

<p>I paid R515-00 for flowers that did not even remotely resemble what was advertised. When I complained and sent a pic of what was delivered vs what was advertised and paid for, I was told by Vanessa that the pic on the website was the "delux" version (ie more flowers, but they conventiently fail to mention that anywhere on the page) and they can change the colour of the flowers at their own descretion (READ the small print people) and they were happy with what was sent (i.e stuff the client !). They also have a so called Satisfaction Gaurantee, where they refund you if you are not happy with the flowers, I am STILL awaiting a reply to that!!!??? Rather use a florist that actually delivers what you asked and paid for!!!</p>
