Disappointed

<p>I placed an order on the 11 April which was promptly delivered on the 12th April to my sister for graduation, however, the description stated and picture showed "presented in a handy reusable crate with wire inlay". What my sister got was simply a crate which is definitely not reusable unless you use it for cat food! I called the very same day and put in a complaint with Karen, she advised that she would liaise with management and get them to call me. No response thereafter! I thenn emailed them again on the 12th April and they advised that they are investigating the matter with their suppliers. Once again - I waited with no response. I then once again sent an email requesting an update on the 20th in which case they responded that their management team has been unsuccessful at contacting me and asked me for a suitable time, I responded advising that the 21st at 12h00 would be fine. It's not the 28th April, 3 weeks later and no one has bothered.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never order from that website again, I would recommend you rather order from a reputable company like Netflorist and pay the little extra then have this disappointment and run around.</p>
