Worst service ever!!!!

Worst service ever, almost a month later and I still dont have my car, my car was towed there because the alternator was not working, firstly they took 1 week just to diagnose my car and invoice me, we paid the invoice and they took another week to fix my car, I fetched it but the the car would start the next day plus my tracker was fiddled with and out of place, we called and requested that they come fetch the car and fix it, they towed it and it has been with them ever since, no communication from them and it has been over two weeks now, when we finally get hold of them the manager hangs up on my husband when he asks for a refund because of their failure to provide a service, the manager Sone is as rude as they come, we dont know her surname because the whole company blatantly refused to give it to us, which shows that this is not the first time something like this has happened, I am very disappointed with 1st help for recommending such a terrible company which has no regard for their clients
