Worst service ever

Worst service ever. My insurance authorised my claim. Flora auto clinic said I must bring the car in for repairs. They kept the car for a whole week and did not communicate at all. When I called to enquire they told me they are still waiting for parts. Considering that my car was perfectly drivable why didn't they wait for the parts before asking me to bring the car in. I have spent three weeks without a car.
