WORSE EXPERIENCE

3 weeks ago my BMW was towed to their workshop due to mechanical problems. Ever since that day no one made contact with me hence I was the one making contact with them everyday, they never do follow up or update. They always promise they will get back to you but they don’t. Totally the worse experience EVER!!!!
