The worst service from this place

My car has been at this place since the 8th of November . When you call them they promise to get back to you and they never do . I have not even once received a call from them regarding my car , the last time i called them the lady that answered said the car is in panel beating and when i asked how long it will take she said she doesn't know she will have to send an sms to the workshop and call me back . I'm still waiting for that call .It's been 9 weeks without a car and they're not saying anything .. I've been getting an sms since the 6th of December saying that the car is in panel beating . I really dont know why Miway took my car to this place .
