The worst experience I have ever had Never take your car to that place

I had the worst experience ever, and I will never ever take my car to this service center ever again. The consultants' attitude is on another level. My car went in for repair, and I have been getting stories each and every day. I always have to call them and check on the car, yet my invoice was settled a week ago. The last story I heard since last week was that they got the wrong part. Now, how does that happen when you have the sample in front of you and the VIN number? I am greatly disappointed. Do not take your car to this service center, no matter how stranded you are. The only thing to do here is to go take the Police so that these people can give me back my car and money that's it !!!!!
